SDI provides three different order forms for your convenience. Use the order form on this page for non-credit card orders. For example, purchase orders, wire transfers etc. 

Orders submitted via this web order form are processed manually.  There is a small surcharge (US$35) for orders less than $300 in value submitted by using this form.  You can avoid the surcharge by ordering via credit card. Visit our How to Order page for information on other ordering options.
