The services and links of our Web sites

Our Web sites do not enable our visitors to communicate with other visitors or to post information to be accessed by others.

Our Web sites do include links to third party Web service providers.

Automatic Collection of Information

We do not use cookies on our Web sites.

We do not automatically log personal data nor do we link information automatically logged by other means with personal data about specific individuals.

We collect the data that you voluntarily enter when you download an evaluation, or make a purchase from us, only in respect of enabling us to identify you as a user of our software. If you download or purchase on behalf of a corporation or other body, then we collect data only in respect of that corporation or other body, and your association with that corporation or other body, as the downloader or purchaser. We do not collect "personal" data about you for any other purpose.

We do not collect "personal" information about our visitors from other sources, such as public bodies or private organizations, but occasionally do so about our corporate clients, to enable us to provide them with service as licensed users of our software.

We do not knowingly sell products to children without parental or guardianship consent.

There is no legal or moral restriction to children under the age of 18 from buying SDI's software, but, if you are under 18, and wish to use a credit card on-line, you may only do so with the consent of your parent or guardian.

We do not disclose your volunteered data to any organization outside of the SDI Group of Companies.

We give you the option of using a secure transmission method to send us the following types of personal data:

• primary personal data (such as name and contact details)
• identifiers (such as credit card details)

We have implemented security policies, rules and technical measures to protect the personal data that we have under our control from:

• improper use or disclosure
• unauthorized modification
• unlawful destruction or accidental loss

All our employees and data processors, who have access to, and are associated with the processing of personal data, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of our visitors' personal data.

We do, however, allow you to challenge our decision to refuse to provide you with a copy of your personal data.
